We ship throughout the European Union through different distribution companies so that your product arrives safely at your destination. For efficiency reasons, we prepare orders one day a week. Once the orders are prepared, we deliver them to the transport company that is responsible for carrying out the shipment.
The delivery time of the products depends on the destination. You will receive your product within 15 business days of shipment.
The delivery time starts from when the package is in the hands of the transport company.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email informing you that it has already been delivered to the transport company.

What should I take into account when receiving my order?
You must check the packages very well and verify that they are in perfect condition in the company of the transporter before signing the guide. For the claim to be valid you must keep the original packaging; in addition to not showing use.
